Pure Barre – Ballet Barre Fitness – Starts October 15th

Join Karen for a PURE BARRE Class that will tone and sculpt your body while improving cardio, strength and all around fitness level. You don’t need to be a dancer to take this class. This class will give you that long lean dancers body. Start with a warm-up, then go to the Barre for basic Ballet inspired moves and then move to the mat for more leg and abdominal work. There will also be a arm section using lightweights to tone and firm the arms.
