Get Fit the Ballet Way!

Join Karen for Ballet for Ballet Barre and Stretch!  You don’t need a stitch of experience to take this class.  Suitable for all sizes, shapes and ages.  This is a ballet fitness based class.  You will work ballet barre exercises in a fitness capacity.  Karen will also be doing an abs and stretching portion. The use of a chair as a “barre” works just fine.  All you need is some space and Zoom!

What to Wear: Comfortable clothes.  Soft dance slippers.
