DANCE SAMPLER WITH PAULA!

Join Paula this SPRING for a 4 Week DANCE SAMPLER!  This is a super fun way to bring dance in to your life while trying new disciplines.

In this course we will do:

May 4th – Hawaiian Hula Fitness – This is a fun way to try Hawaiian Hula done in a fitness format!  We will do some storytelling Hula and Tahitian Drumbeat hula to get that heart pumping and hips moving!  No experience required.

May 11th – JustDance! – This is Paula’s popular one hour dance fitness class done to a variety of music.  Think Zumba but with a whole playlist of hits!  Latin, Pop, oldies and more.  This is a follow the leader style dance fitness class.

May 18th – Hawaiian Hula Fitness – We continue our exploration of Hula Dance as we go over what we learned the first week and add on!

May 25th – LaBast – This is a ballroom based dance fitness class done partner free!  We will explore rhythms such as cha cha, samba, salsa, disco, tango, waltz and more!  This is a follow the leader style dance fitness similar to Zumba but based around ballroom dancing.  This is done with easy to follow patterns that anyone can do!

Instructor: Paula Bickford
What to wear: Comfortable clothes and bring water.  Supportive runners for the dance fitness classes.  Bare feet or soft dance slippers for Hawaiian Hula.  Bring a sarong for Hula if you wish.
