Do something great for your body and take a Ballet class.
Ballet is an excellent way to strenghten and lenghten all of your muscles (total body workout) and increase your flexibility. Karen will guide you through a traditional Ballet class where you will do barre work, center work and stretching.
The beginner class is suitable for brand new beginners or dancers who have had experience. For dancers with previous experience, you will be challenged by being given harder combinations at the barre as well as more difficult arm positions. Karen will do her best to accommodate all levels in this class.
What to Wear: Comfortable clothing and Ballet slippers or soft dance slippers. Please bring water and a towel.
