Essentrics dynamically combines strengthening and stretching to develop a strong , toned body with the complete ability or moving each joint
and muscle freely, and with full range or motion.
What to Wear Bring: Yoga or Pilates Mat. Barefoot or Yoga Socks. Towel or exercise band for stretching. Water.
