Ballet For Balance – Get Strong and Healthy!

Calling any wanna be Ballerinas?  Okay…not really.  ;). This class is all about improving balance using traditional ballet exercises and traditional balance exercises.  NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!  Anyone at all is welcome to join this class.

We will do some barre exercises, stretching and balance exercises.  This class will improve your strength and posture.  Ballet does a body good!!

What to Wear Bring: Comfy Clothes.  Water.  Ballet Slippers or soft Dance shoes.
