Essentrics
Join Paula for a 4 Week Essentrics Session. Essentrics is a dynamic lengthening and strengthening program designed to improve flexibility and mobility.
This is a mat Workout (bring a Yoga mat) and is done in Barefeet but you can use runners if barefoot are not possible. Bring a Towel or straps to assist with stretching if need be. We do most of the workout standing (no equipment) and then we finish on the floor with some leg work, abs and stretching. If the floor is not possible, we can adapt the last portion to a chair. What to Wear Bring: Comfy Clothes. Water. Yoga Mat. Towel or straps for stretching.
