Ballet for Balance
Whether you have ballet experience or you don’t – this class will work for you! This is a class where we combine traditional ballet exercises with Ballet Barre fitness moves and balance exercises. We will do barre work, stretching, pure balance exercises and some centre work. Suitable for all fitness levels! Does a body good!
What to WearBring: Soft dance slippers – “socks with dots” – Comfy clothes and Water
