Stretch your body to achieve those long lean dancers muscles!
Join Karen for an all over stretch. She will start with a warm up and progress to fully stretching the body. This will help prevent injury and keep the body healthy. The exercises will be accompanied by soft music so perfect for those people who enjoy toning and stretching to background sounds.
No equipment necessary – just a Yoga or Pilates mat or carpeted area.
What to Wear: Comfortable clothing.
