Stretch your body to achieve those long lean dancers muscles!

Join Karen for an all over stretch. She will start with a warm up and progress to fully stretching the body.  This will help prevent injury and keep the body healthy.  The exercises will be accompanied by soft music so perfect for those people who enjoy toning and stretching to background sounds.  No sequences to remember and NO experience needed.

What to Wear/Bring: Comfortable clothing and bring water.  A Yoga or Pilates mat is required.
