ESSENTRICS – This is a dynamic lengthening and strengthening program designed to increase mobility and help pain. Suitable for anyone.
Class is done on a Yoga Mat. There will be a standing portion and a mat portion.
What to wear/bring: Water. Comfy Clothes. Workout is done barefoot or in yoga socks. Yoga Mat.

BALLET FOR BALANCE – In this class we will combine traditional Ballet exercises with balance exercises and stretching. This is a great program for ANYONE and doesn’t require any dance experience. This will improve your balance, strength and flexibility.
What to wear/bring: Water. Comfy clothes. Soft dance slippers or Yoga socks.

BEGINNER LINE DANCING – PARKDALE NIFTY FIFTIES
Join me for a fun line dancing session. This class will be beginner level but the level will be taught to the majority level of class.
What to wear/Bring: Water. Comfy Clothes. I recommend shoes that don’t have too much “grip” as a lot of grip in line dancing can make the class very difficult.
DATES: TUESDAY July 17 to August 12 (4 Weeks)
TIME: 10am to 11am
