Join Paula for VIRTUAL WALKFIT! Suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. This easy to follow program gets you walking about 5000 steps in 45 minutes. This is fitness walking done to music. We do side to side, up and back movements as well as knees up and kicks. A great way to get your cardio workout in right in the comfort of your own home! (Don’t worry – no one can see you on the screen as we turn participants screens off) Light hand weights can be used for some songs but are optional.

What to wear: Zoom and some space! Comfortable workout clothes and water is all that is required.
