Ditch the Workout and Join the Party!
JustDance is a Dance Fitness Inspired Workout that gets the heart pumping while exercising to several rhythms as well as your favourite songs. We will dance to Pop, Hip Hop, Disco, and of course Latin rhythms as well! No previous dance experience required to enjoy this workout! Please note: this is not Dance Class but an aerobic workout – dance moves will not be broken down. This class will get your heart pumping, booty shaking and is great for those who love music and want a challenge. I will keep you movin’ and groovin’ for the hour in this “follow the leader” style dance fitness class. Suitable for any fitness level because all of the moves can be modified to suit your fitness level.
What to Wear: Comfortable and cool workout clothes. Running shoes with light tread work best but any type of athletic shoe will work great. JustDance is appropriate for all fitness types as you can work at your own level. Remember a bottle of water, a towel, a big smile and a good attitude!
