DANCE THROUGH LIFE

You CAN dance!!  Really you can....we promise.  Check out Calgary's most friendly and warm dance studio committed to fun and fitness in a non-competitive environment.  Our studio is for anyone age 18 and over and no...you don't have to know how to dance, you just have to LIKE to dance.  Dancing is a great way to get in shape, have fun and meet new people.  What are you waiting for??  We are located at the Evergreen Community Spaces (Mayland Heights).  We currently offers Canadian Step-Dancing (one of the few places offering this unique style of dance), Jazz, Music Video Hip Hop, Tap Dance, Ballet,  Hot Hula Fitness (Polynesian Dance Workout), Zumba, and more!. If you are tired of the gym and the same old workouts, come out and try a class!
