Just Pure Strength!
Join Karen for Pure Strength! This is a one hour fitness based weights class. No cardio portion at all. Just Pure Strength! This class is so important to build and maintain muscle. All you need is some space, a few dumbbells, a mat and Zoom! Karen is an AFLCA certified strength training coach and has a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education Degree from the U of T. Karen can guide you properly and safely through a pure strength class.
What to Wear: Comfortable clothes. DumbBells and a mat.
