Stretch and Sculpt your body to achieve those long lean dancers muscles!
Join Karen for an all over body workout and stretch. She will start with a warm up, and some Pilates exercises which will focus on toning and strengthening the core, butt and thighs.
Finish the class with an all over body stretch which will relax and keep your entire body healthy. The exercises will be accompied by music so perfect for those people who enjoy toning and stretching to background sounds. Stretching is very important in keeping the body healthy and the Pilates exercises will tone and lengthen your muscles.
No equipment necessary – just a Yoga or Pilates mat. (We recommend 2 Yoga mats or a thicker mat for extra protection of the spine)
What to Wear: Comfortable clothing, ballet slippers, soft dance slippers or barefoot is fine. Please bring water and a towel.
